Supercar Raffle Ticket

• Minimum of 6,000 tickets must be sold for the car prize to be awarded.
• If the threshold is not met, the winner will receive a cash alternative equivalent to 70% of total ticket sales.
• All entrants are notified of final outcome and prize before the live draw.

1. Winner Notification & Identity Verification

• All winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.

• Winners must provide valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or other government-issued ID) and proof of address to verify their identity before the prize is released.

• The prize must be claimed and delivery arrangements confirmed within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

2. Delivery of Vehicle

• We offer free UK mainland delivery of the vehicle to the winner’s address or a mutually agreed location.

• Vehicles are typically delivered within 7–14 working days following successful identity verification and completion of necessary paperwork.

• Delivery is via secure trailer or licensed logistics provider. A handover may be arranged in person or via video walkthrough.

• International delivery is available in some cases; however, the winner may be responsible for import duties, taxes, registration, and transport costs outside of the UK.

3. Vehicle Registration & Handover

• The prize vehicle will be registered to the winner using the DVLA V5C logbook (UK only).

• Title will be fully transferred to the winner at the point of delivery.

• Any existing manufacturer warranty or MOT (if applicable) will be transferred along with the vehicle.

• A digital or physical handover pack will be provided, including key documents.

4. Insurance, Tax & Legal Responsibility

• The winner is responsible for vehicle insurance, road tax, and ongoing maintenance from the moment the vehicle is delivered.

• In some competitions, we may offer a bonus such as 12 months’ insurance or road tax, which will be clearly stated on the prize listing if applicable.

5. No Warranty or Liability After Delivery

• We do not offer additional warranties unless otherwise stated. Once delivered, the prize vehicle becomes the sole responsibility of the winner.

• We accept no liability for issues arising after handover, including mechanical faults, misuse, or failure to insure or tax the vehicle.

6. Alternative Prizes

• If the required minimum number of entries is not met, a cash alternative equal to 70% of total ticket revenue may be offered in place of the vehicle.

• The cash alternative will be clearly communicated before the draw if triggered, and the winner will receive the prize via bank transfer within 14 working days of confirmation.
